User Sessions Management
Every time a user logs into the CRM, a session is created. This will enable Org admins to track users’ CRM usage better so that they set a Session timeout. More details here.

Unique URLs for tabs on the activity dashboard
The tabs on the dashboard should have a unique URL
- Sales dashboard- /crm/sales/sale_dashboard
- Activity dashboard - /crm/sales/my_dashboards
- Marketing dashboard- /crm/sales/marketing_dashboards
Global search
In addition to title search for modules, global search supports:
- For contacts: search on first name, last name, tag, email, external id, work and mobile attributes.
- For accounts: search on title, external id.
- For deals: search on name, tag
- For leads: search on first name, last name, email, tags, company name, work, mobile
- For appointment: search on title, description
- For task: search on description, type
- For sales activity: title, notes
For any new tab added to the dashboard, the name of the tab will be appended to the URL Eg., if the user adds a lead report tab, the URL will be /crm/sales/lead_report.
Deep Linking in Analytics
Every report and widget inside analytics will have a unique link that you can use to share. More details here
Bugs
- Several users reported that we are showing the label for Lead Generation even though there are no privileges for the user under this category. This has been fixed.
- Some users reported that we are sending multiple activation emails when their account is activated. This has been fixed.
- Some users reported that when they create a workflow, if a date/number field is selected as a condition, an error msg shows up instantly after selecting a date field before giving a chance for the user to enter a value. This has been fixed.
- Several users reported that while setting up workflow conditions, two operators — ‘in the last and ‘in the next’ should be listed under the relative value group and not the absolute value group. This has been fixed.
- Some users reported that updated subscription type is not reflected in Marketing Lists. This has been fixed.
- Some users reported that when we perform a full data export, the last activity date and type fields are not present in the Deal CSV file. This has been fixed.
