1. Custom Reports for Assets

Asset managers can now create custom reports for specific metrics, to manage assets effectively.

You can view the report as a chart and in a tabular format to get a better understanding of the data included.

2. Enhanced Automation Rules

a. You can now include custom fields of service items as sub-conditions in Dispatch’r rules.

b. While sending out emails using either the Dispatch'r or the Observer, you can include placeholders for Service Item fields (Item name, Category, Cost, Requested For, Quantity) and Service Request fields ( Total Cost, Requested Items, Requested For).
