Feature releases and updates for the month of March 2016

1. More Requester Context for Dispatch'r Rules

The Dispatch'r now lets you include all requester fields – default and custom – in the 'Conditions' section.

So now you can automatically categorize and prioritize incoming requests based on, say, the designation of the requestor or their time zone.

2. Personalized Scenario Automations for Agents

Service Desk agents will now be able to add Scenario Automations for tasks they find themselves performing frequently. If they add one that might be helpful to others, they can even manage its visibility to share it with other groups.

3. Personalized Canned Responses for Agents

Agents will also be able to add Canned Responses to their personal folder in Freshservice. Just like Scenario Automations, they can share relevant ones with other agents or groups.

4. iOS App Asset Management Improvements

Managing Assets from your iPhones just became a lot more comprehensive. Now you can view and edit all the details – in the default and custom fields – for new and existing assets right from the Freshservice iOS app.
