Launching a score-card widget for the Freshdesk iOS app

The new iOS widget helps you with important stats about your tickets on-the-go. You can now catch-up about your helpdesk in your Today View. The widget displays the number of tickets in Unresolved, Open, Overdue, and more based on your default dashboard settings.


 

Additionally, you can have a peek of your helpdesk using the 3D touch on your iPhone. This widget auto-refreshes in real-time to be in-sync with your helpdesk.
