Enhancements:
Mark default asset fields as mandatory: The default asset fields such as Asset Tag, Description, Used By and Department as can now be set as “Mandatory”.
- Asset unique fields: Asset managers can now mark the default asset fields Display Name and Asset Tag as unique in their inventory. This will help minimize duplicate entries in the asset registry.
- Asset APIs V2: Introducing V2 APIs for assets. You can now get a list of all assets and also filter assets based on criteria such as User, Department, Location and Asset Type. You can find more information here.
- Placeholders while creating tasks in Workflows: For any tasks created via workflow automator, admins can now include contextual information like ticket custom field values, requester info etc in the task title and description itself. This makes it easy for agents to understand the key details about the task without the need to get to actual ticket. This enhancement is applicable in workflow automator for all modules.
- Now agents will not be able to add new tasks or make any modifications to existing tasks on a closed ticket.
Marketplace SDK enhancements:
- App developers can now set values for change properties in the Change Details and New Change Page.
