Enhancements:
Contract Management: Contract Managers can now attach files to contracts when Renewing or Extending the contracts.
Assets API V2: The V2 Asset APIs have been modified to align with the new standards for all Freshworks APIs. The following changes have been made to the API:
Missing attributes such as Description, Location and Assigned On date have been included in the API response.
The ci_type_id attribute has been changed to asset_type_id.
Attributes such as Impact and Usage Type will now return a string value instead of the IDs returned earlier.
Bug Fixes:
AWS Integration: Fixed an issue with the AWS integration that occasionally resulted in partial data sync from AWS
Notifications: Agents did not get new ticket notification on the tickets created & assigned to their groups. This has been fixed
Custom Reports: Users were unable to set the 3rd level dependant field in the custom reports filter options. This has been fixed
Assets: Searching for an exact keyword using quotes did not work in the assets search. This has been fixed.
Assets: Filtering by a level 5 asset type displayed assets from other level 5 asset types too. This has been fixed.
