Note: Activities, discussions and associations cannot be cloned. Cloning can be done only by the Project Manager / Owner of the project.
Marketplace Apps:
Retain CC: The Retain CC app can be used to retain user emails in successive conversations if a user has been accidentally removed from cc.
- Lock down conversation: This app will restrict agents from editing or deleting any conversation on the ticket.
Bug Fixes:
Service Catalog: Previewing service items in drafts didn't work in IE 11. This has been fixed.
Reports: The “Today” filter in Agent ticket summary report didn’t work when a single digit value for the date of the month was selected. This is now fixed.
Roles: Agents who were assigned a custom role with ‘Create/Edit Requesters’ permission were unable to view the Requesters / Contacts on Requesters / Contacts’ page. This has been fixed.
Attach a file button gets hidden when adding a New Child Ticket. This has been fixed now.
Assets: Default fields are not getting automapped during asset import. This has been fixed.
