New Feature Updates 


  • Date range in ticket filter - In the ticket export section, you can now select specific date range in the “Created” filter.




  • Link to Ticket List from the At A Glance Reports - From now on, you can see the list of tickets that accounts for the metrics shown in the At A Glance Reports.All you need to do is to click on the label and this will automatically take you to the tickets list page, showing you the list of contributing tickets. This is applicable for the Received Tickets and Resolved Tickets metric.


Bug Fixes



  • Cursor Issue in Suggest Solutions and Canned Responses - The issue with the cursor position not updated properly upon pasting a canned response/solution is now fixed.
