Enhancements:


  • Marketplace Apps: Introducing support for apps on the assets details page. Developers can now run apps on the assets detail page similar to the ticket and change detail pages. More info on this here.


Bug fixes:


  • Canned Responses: When attaching a canned response to a new ticket, the recently used canned response section remained blank. This is now fixed.
