  • Disable Agents from turning off automatic ticket assignment : You can now choose if you want your agents to have control over toggling their availability or if this can be controlled by Admins alone. In Admin>>Groups, you will have the option to configure this setting. If you have the toggle set to NO, agents will not have the option to turn themselves ON/OFF from accepting tickets. They will remain available even if they log out and admins will have to manually manage their availability. 


    This setting will show up if Automatic Ticket Assignment has been enabled for at least one group on your portal and is set to YES by default.
