Adding a "forward to friend" button in email campaign

I am creating a newsletter via Freshsales suite. Is there a way to add a “forward to friend” button to the email template?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

 

At present we do not have this option to click and forward the email to a friend. I did do a quick research and was able to confirm that there is no set HTML/CSS code to initiate the forward action. Also, since this action is done on the recepient’s end, the email service provider can differ. Hence, the action might work for one provider and might not be for another.

 

For us to get more understanding of your use case, it would be great if you can drop an email at crm-support@freshworks.com and we can take the discussion forward.
