Magento 2.2 Integration

Thanks, this is good news.However, how do i install it?  It looks like our freshdesk is still on the older system and this is not compatible?

SSO Problems

Ok, so it looks like the freshdesk module that is not working correctly. I dont think freshdesk developed this module, so who do i contact regards this issue? I will need to disable SSO for the moment because it does not seem to work on magento 2.

SSO Problems

Incognito works and i get forwarded to the magento login page, where i am able to login as a customer. However, once i am logged in, when i go back to the portal, i am unable to access as a logged in user.

SSO Problems

When i type http://www.zappautomation.net/freshdesk/sso/login into the browser i get forwarded to the http://www.zappautomation.net/https:/index/index/login/sso/ So do you think this is an issue with the freshdesk install in magento 2, rather than the freshdesk portal?

after i turned it back on, i tried to login again and the same problem happens.

I turned it off because i was unable to log back in after i logged out. I have turned it back on in the freshdesk security tab.
