Freshservice Release Notes - July 2023Release Notes

Has anyone seen the new Task View in their instance? We’re on Growth and it was supposed to be enabled on the 17th but we’re not seeing it yet. Wondering if it’s just us or has there been a delay in the release schedule? @phodgkinson , If you are using single MSP mode. That would be great to shift to Multi Account MSP to facilitate your clients with their separate portal and configuration. We are using that and it works really well.
