How could we display the login page in the language of the user's browser (or system)

Is there a way to display the login page in the end user's web browser or system language? Once the user is logged in, we have access to dynamic  placeholders like portal.user.language and is therefore easy to case on language to display the layout elements in the language defined in the end user's profile. However, before the end user is logged in, the user context does not exist and the page is in the primary language defined in the Portal's configuration... Is it possible to somehow fetch the end user browser's (or system) language and display the login page in that language? Thanks!

SLA: Response timer relationship with the Resolution Timer

Hello!This is a question, not a problem:At what point does the Resolution Time timer Starts? What triggers it? Question: does the Resolution Time timer start after the Response Time timer has expired? Does the SLA freeze (changing to a status that does not have SLA checked) affect both timers?I am creating a call flow and I am getting confused as how to draw it. Could you give me an example of the sequence of events, what triggers what and what freezes or stop these timers?Thanks a lot!Michel

Is it possible to Restore a Company?

Once a Contact has been deleted, it is possible to restore it. However, although the Restore button is displayed in Companies, when we select a company and click on the Restore button, we get a "Freshdesk page not found" error; can we not restore a company?Thanks!
