Customer language not set correctly in database

Since yesterday, we are facing issues with the language that is automatically set for a customer in the customers database when the customer does not exist yet and writes a ticket. After thoroughly checking this, we can confirm that e.g. emails solely written in German with no English word, are not recognised as such and the language is set as English. We currently need to manually fix this for each customer and would appreciate a fix as it worked well before.

ClickBank App

We would love to see a ClickBank App developed for Freshdesk.  As a major payment processor ClickBank has more than 6 Mio. clients and distributes in 190 countries (see Wikipedia). A Freshdesk app for ClickBank would be very helpful in seeing all purchases of our customers and manage refunds straight from Freshdesk.
