When designing a form for a Service Catalog item, it would be nice to 'Sectionalize' the form with bold headers to separate different partd of the form to make it clear for customers.Would a new item in the toolbar be good to add this type of section header? Something like this:
Multi Line Service ReuestArchived
How would you go about implementing a mutli line form in FS? We are pushing FS outside of IT with a view towards and enterprise service desk. We require forms like below to be presentable as a service catalog item.https://freshservice.com/using-itsm-tools-outside-it-blog/
As an admin in our instance of Fresh Service and it the application all of the time, I have come up with a simple suggestion to navigate the admin screens quickly. There are a handful of functions that I go to all the time and the developers at FreshWorks had the sensibility to create a unique URL for most of those functions. Has anyone had a similar requirement to me in that I would like the list of manufacturers to be a list that is admin defined, rather than a free text value that is entered or populated without checking by discovery. We currently maintain this manufacturer list for data quality purposes and so that no new manufacturer's assets can be added to the system until an internal process allows that manufacturer in.Note, we won't be using discovery in phase I of our CMDB population. It sure would be nice to have a place in the system to maintain our manufacturer listings and now allowing users to enter them free text.
