Sort filtered tickets through the API

Hello.We want to filter some tickets with the API and sort them based on a field other than created date.We can see that this is not possible using /search/ in the API so we were wondering what the options are. To me it seems weird that to allow filtering but not sorting.I found this old post: https://support.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/72593And the solution is valid for us but is not working. I was able to get the results once but next call isn't working anymore.Can we get the results of a view/filter we have created via API? The idea is to create a custom dashboard in a separate app that can be maintained by editing the filters used by that dashboard.The current implementation of freshdesk uses its own API (different than the one available for developers) and this exists:https://domain.freshdesk.com/api/_/ticket_filters/filteridBut obviously is not accessible for us. Is there the same call or a similar one available int he API?

Problem using npm modules

 Hi all.I'm working trying to fix an app developed by someone that is no longer in the company and we are trying to debug it in the sandbox.The app uses the jsforce module to connect to salesforce.and do some things.Anyways, with just two lines it doesn't work:JavaScriptvar jsforce = require('jsforce'); var conn = new jsforce.Connection();The error says that jsforce.Connection is not a constructor.That leads me to believe that jsforce is not properly set up on the server? We just got this dropped onto us and while we develop apps with nodejs we don't know how to properly have this jsforce installed so the connection works.Any help will be appreciated.Thanks and regards.

Unassign tickets on log off

We want to implement a feature that unassign tickets when the user is logged off whether is logged of by clicking log out or that the session is lost.How could we do that? What would be the procedure?Regards.
