Please add the ability to configure forwarded emails from a ticket like the Agent Reply Template. When forwarding tickets, it does not include the Service Item fields and we constantly need to copy and paste the Service Item information into the forwarded email.

Hey ​@apassey , this is a really good feature to have! Thanks for raising this! I guess we can use the canned response and create a forward note template as a workaround until this feature gets implemented.
