I have created a new ticket type and I want to assign it to only one of the companies I have set up.  I cannot figure out how to do this.  Does anyone have any ideas?

 

I’m also curious about this topic since some of our customers are asking to get visibility on tickets created by their company. I was also wondering how we can achieve this. Hopefully someone will answer. Thanks!


In Ticket Creation automation, set the Ticket Properties to match the Ticket Type you have created and based on it in the Action “Set Company As” preset your required company to match for this ticket type. That’s it. Does this helps?
