Every time we reply to a ticket the default text it enters is

Is there a way to change this to just the firstname?
Every agent we have the first thing they do is have to edit the first line.

The default reply template can be changed in the “Email Notifications” page. Go to: Admin menu > Email Notifications > Agent Reply Template (Found underneath the Agent Notifications section).
