Has anyone had an issue with some emails becoming tickets but not all emails? These are for new requests.

I can see the emails in the mailbox but they are never picked up by Freshdesk.

You need to check your relay settings.

 

Some emails may be flagged as Spam by FreshDesk; you may also check that.

 

If you can’t find anywhere within FreshDesk (Spam, Trash) and it should be a ticket or a response to a ticket, you may need to raise a support ticket. They will be able to track exactly what is happening with those missing emails in order you can handle them appropriately.
