Multiple Error Emails: Undelivered :Ticket received

Hi Team,

 

I am getting multiple reponses as "Undelivered: Ticket Received" on my freshdesk a account for a client. Pls help to resolve.

Thank you for bring this up. 

I understand you are receiving multiple tickets with undelivered subject. Please note that when you make use of custom mail server every email which lands in your inbox would result in ticket creation. Please setup a filter on your inbox to detect these undelivered notifications so that they don’t result in ticket creation. Additionally keep a track on the email looping and if one specific support email address of the customer is resulting in this then please skip email notification to that specific email address vai automation.
