+5Hi there, I tried to import some companies following your process in CSV, using the right format, the right headers but the mapping fails despite multiple attempts. With Hubspot I can import Excel files and the mapping is suggested (green = fields are identified and mapped, red = fields need to be mapped manually). That would be great to simplify this process and make it simple for all 😀

If you already have a CSV file with your companies, you can use the Import app to move them into Freshdesk.
It offers an intuitive field mapping interface — unmapped fields are clearly highlighted, and you won’t be able to continue until all required fields are matched. On top of that, you can create any missing company fields in Freshdesk right during the mapping step, which helps avoid back-and-forth.
