Hello

We’d like to store additional information about a Company (outside of the normal address, phone number, contract details) that are viewable by agents, but not by any of the Contacts associated with that Company.  I’m told there are fields that are private that the Contacts/Company won’t see, but I don’t see which fields they are while looking at the Company profile, and don’t see any documentation online about this either.

I understand that you would like to have fields stored under company that are not visible to the contacts associated with the Company.

Any custom fields created for the Company will be visible just to the agents and not the contacts. You can check this from Admin > Customer fields > New fields.

 


For your agents, if they would like to see the details on the Ticket page, you can make use of the Customize Requester Widget option from Admin > Customer fields >
