Hi!

I have the following problem: There is always a “1” at open tickets, on PC and mobile App, but there is no open ticket. I made a screen recording: 

I already tried clearing browsers cache and cookies, wasnt helping.

We have 3 active agents, its only happening for me.

Any ideas?
