Maybe, maybe for the name, or related to other field.
You may try in automations to hide it instead of in Field Manager.
But, as an error message is shown and might be a bug, I’d suggest to submit a support ticket instead.

From the screenshot I could see there is an error while making changes to the Product Field. Ideally, this should not be the case if the field is available in the account. To have this checked further I would request you to please help me with your Freshdesk URL which looks like yourcompany.freshdesk.com in the DM.
You can also drop an email to support@freshdesk.com and we would check this for you.
