Hi everyone, seeking for help. Would like to ask regarding the error I encountered in Analytics. I’m trying to display the First Response Violated in this widget, would like to know why these 2 items reflect and appears “0s” Thank you in advance! 

 

Hi @lavjoson , one reason could be that the ticket was responded outside the business hours and hence the 1st response time would ideally be 0 when SLA ticks in next day.
