Rhea, leading the Freshworks Insiders Program, joined Freshworks three years ago, initially contributing to the team that built this vibrant community. Transitioning to customer advocacy, her passion for creating indelible customer experiences became evident. The Insiders program, initiated six months ago, has been an exhilarating journey for her. Outside of work, Rhea can be found exploring a diverse range of interests, with her current fascination revolving around the world of Lego.
