Unfortunately, it is not possible to pull mobile or telephone information into Freshservice using Discovery tools.
However, you can achieve this by adding the necessary custom fields under the Mobile asset type and using the import functionality within the Asset module to populate this data in Freshservice.

No, the Freshservice Discovery Agent does not pull cellular information from Windows clients via WMI. This type of data is only available through Windows MDM CSPs, so it isn’t currently captured in the CMDB by default. You would need a custom integration or MDM-based solution to include it.
From my experience, the Freshservice discovery agent doesn’t directly pull detailed cellular information (like SIM, IMEI, or telephone number) from Windows clients through WMI. Usually, that type of data is more accessible via MDM solutions or CSP as outlined in the Microsoft docs you shared. It would definitely be a useful enhancement if Freshservice could integrate this into the CMDB.
