Hello

I would like to automate our new starter process. I have a programming background but don’t really know where to start. Can I could do this with Python along with installing “ms azure CLI” on my device?

I’ve seen scripts that use the ticket number but I would want a process to kick off every hour looking for approved New starter tickets.

The automation would be to create a new user in Endpoint/Entra. The icing on the cake would be to create the email address in Exchange?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get started please?
