Hello, I’m trying to use the Docusign Orchestration in Freshservice, trying to attach a Document to a note in a Ticket. This is the error I receive, I’ve tested changing the document ID and if it’s incorrect the error message is that the document ID doesn’t exist. Also attaching what the request looks like from Docusigns end.
