Hello,

I am attempting to finalize our onboarding workflow which needs to look at the selected Reporting Manager.

Utilize this information to add the proper groups.

In our example, we have a sales department with 4 regions.

Each region has a regional email distribution group.

The onboarding source does not allow us to use sub-conditions so we have the following.

 

Department is Sales.

Then when we try to extrapolate the “Reporting Manager” from the onboarding request we are getting an error that the user does not exist.
