When I click reply, the previous reply is automatically added.

How do I remove this feature?

 

 

Take a look at Admin - Email Notifications - Templates - Agent Reply Template.

I suspect you’ve got a placeholder for the previous response.

The mentioned text seems to be available in the signature of the reply.To remove this you can navigate to admin -> Email notifications -> Agent Reply Template.
