Hi,

I was wondering if anyone works with custom fields within the contacts and with the chatbot. Does anyone use the chatbot to retrieve information and fit it into the corresponding (custom) fields?

Please correct me if am wrong, you would like to collect the information using the bot from the customer and then map those input to the custom fields of those contacts.

If yes, this is possible to map them from the bot itself. However it only works if you are asking the input only for text field, other fields like button, dropdown are not yet supported.

In your bot, please make use set property option, where you can collect the input and map it to the respective contact field.
