How to start a bot from clicking a topic

I am trying to start one of my bots when it is clicked from topic but it is not initiating.

    What do you mean your bot isn’t initiating when a topic is clicked? Can you provide more information?

    Maybe you need to set the option, “deploy a bot” and then select you bot.
