Start again button not showing

Hi there,

The Start Again button appears to be missing from our freshchat bot. Any ideas on how to get this back?

We’ve tried in Chrome, Brave, and Firefox.

Hi @otronics,

 

Can you please go to the Bot Flows section->Configure->Quick Actions and check if the “Start Again” action is listed there?

 

If not, you can create the Action using the “New quick action” button, name it as “Start Again” and configure it to go to the required dialog
