Turn off unnecessary cookies for Freshchat web widget

Freshchat web widget store a lot of different cookies. Are all of this cookies Strictly Necessary Cookies? If not, can I turn off some of this cookies from web widget to decrease load on user. For instance, google analytic cookie _ga or Freshdesk analytics cookies started with zarget_.

Hi ​@Hryhorii : I understand you would like to disable cookies, but am afraid its not possible as these cookies are essential for FreshChat which makes up the widget performance and also sends the data to FreshChat.

However, could you please explain how these cookies are affecting user load, is it impacting your web page performance or something? Please share the details to check this further.

Hi ​@srikanthkarunakaran, by "user load" I meant “cookie policy user understanding” load. We inform the user that we collect only essential cookies. Meanwhile, Freshdesk collects everything. And conditionally, when the user says I want essential cookies - we either turn off Freshdesk completely or we should leave only essential cookies on Freshdesk.
