Is there a way to manually initiate CSAT Survey in Freshchat window?

My team turns every interaction in Freshchat to Freshdesk so we can gather more ticket fields and information about our interactions. With that, customers in Freshchat never get the CSAT survey. Is there a way to manually initiate the CSAT rating in the chat window before the chat is resolved and turned into a ticket?
