I have a problem understanding the onboarding process.
I have built sets that receive both mandatory service items and optional ones. For example, I want HR to determine whether an employee should receive access to a certain software.
When filling out the form, the corresponding Service Item is also selected, but ultimately this information is not transferred to the onboarding ticket. I know that you can also attach Service Items to the ticket itself, but as i said, this should not always be the case, but only as soon as it is specified by HR.
So how do I specify that a corresponding ticket is only created if the corresponding service item has also been selected?
