How to create Ticket Report

Hello, all I work at QESCO, it is a power distribution company managed by our group, I want to know how I can add description to the custom report. I don’t find an option to add the ticket in the field.

As of now, description field is not supported in Analytics. This has already been picked up as a feature request and we’ll be sure to keep you posted as and when we have updates. Just as an alternative, you can make use of the Ticket export functionality to get the description data of the ticket.
