What are others peoples experiences with FreshSales suite from a Gap Analysis perspective.
I only have the one competitor program i am comparing against, but as our companies current business processes are built on the reporting data provided we need to make sure that gaps can be closed if adopting this product.
Areas affected so far:
- no underling buy prices
- so no profits can be calculated
- deal value is not the total deal value over the whole term
- deal value amount is only valid for the first billing month.(setup/ one offs)
- deal line items are not accessible in workflows
- original products are used as a template but a discount changes that value
- deal line item values are not accessible as summed totals on deals.
- Total profits can not easily be calculated on a deal
- culmination of the above
