Using CSS Framework

HiI'd like to know if there is way to use a CSS Framework like Bootstrap to create a custom Freshdesk theme.I have been able to load ressource in <head> but it conflict with https://euc-assets7.freshdesk.com/assets/cdn/falcon_portal_utils and theme.cssI can not see how to remove these css.BTW is there a way to allow custom attribute in wysiwyg editor ?Thanks for helpingGreg

Feature request: add an option to import/export/switch themes

Hi everyone,Currently, Freshdesk completely lacks functionality for the theme management:There is no option to import a theme. You have manually copy and paste the code of each template file. This is very frustrating.There is no option to export a theme. Again, if you want to create a backup you have to copy and paste the content of templates to your local files manually.There is no way to upload several themes and switch between them to check which one looks best for your support portal.Only the user who makes the changes to the theme is able to preview the theme. Please add functionality so other agents will be also able to check the changes.

Adding field on the print paper

When I print a ticket in FreshDesk, there are ticket details on top of first page (see image). I would like to add a field with the name Company under the field Group. How does that work and where in FreshDesk do I have to change or add the field. Can someone help me? Thanks for your help and tips.
