Does anyone have the list of default permissions for the “Agent” and “Supervisor” roles? We don’t want our agents to be able to delete tickets.

In regards to your query of viewing the default permissions of Agents, you can go to Admin → Roles. → Agents → and find the default permissions given. 

 

To not provide the access of deleting a ticket to the Agents, you can create a custom role under Admin → Roles → New Role → Support Agent → Uncheck the “Delete a ticket” option.
