I am brand new to a company that uses Freshservice as their ITSM helpdesk.  Where in the Academy is the best place for me to start learning and understanding?

Here are a few options available under ITSM:

 

I’d suggest this order:

S002

P009

Analytics: If having access to it.

P003 if you’re going to be an Admin

        In my experience the training videos are not useful. I cannot understand what is being said and, unfortunately, get nothing from the videos.
