                        I swear this was originally about HR tools lol. But then I see some different options. We use Box.com for document storage.

                            In most orgs I’ve worked with, it’s usually a mix rather than a single system:

                            Primary system: Workday / BambooHR / SuccessFactors (system of record)

                            Document storage: SharePoint or OneDrive (tight M365 integration and permissions)

                            External sharing / legacy: Box or local file servers (less common now)

                            The key driver is access control, auditability, and HRIS integration, not just storage.
