Can I creat a status Call “Rejected” and it act as “closed” ? 

If i normally done it it will just set ticket status name as Rejected but it wont close the ticket….

Far as I understand it can’t be done, it’s hard coded in to the system. Could maybe contact the support. 

 

A workaround could be as Elvis mention or you use tags and automations. If you select the status Rejected the automation adds a tag and close the ticket. If you wish to see in the ticket list view you could have a field that is set or change the subject of the ticket to have the word rejected in the start of it. If you have haven’t set a item category you could use that as well. Ordered Approved or Rejected.
