Unable to deactivate users in sandbox!

Hi! I’m unable to deactivate users/requesters in my sandbox environment. It works fine in prod though. Is this a limitation or is it something that I can turn OFF from my side?

Hey @Optimus_prime ! Currently in FS, requesters and agents cannot be deactivated in the sandbox (manually or via API). This seems to be a security measure in place because, in some cases, deleting a requester or agent in the sandbox can also trigger deletion in the development account during synchronization. Limitation it appears. You cannot deactivate someone in a sandbox only. Only way to, is disable them in prod too.

You can weirdly create them an account in dev only but you cannot remove it / deactivate it. Which is frustrating. Unsure why you can create but not deactivate a user.
