How can I delete my account? I have to change my email which I cannot so I’m thinking of deleting the current account and making a new one with another company support email. Please help.

You need to change it in the NeoCentre rather than within Freshservice.

On the bottom left, click the rainbow square “Freshworks Switcher”, and then users and edit your email there. 


You can navigate to your neo platform page which has the URL: yourcompanyname.myfreshworks.com and then navigate to your profile. Now you should be able to edit your profile from here.
