Agent queue with different business hours

Hi,

I have to create a new queue with all agents inside, but agents belong to different time zones (from US to China). Is there a way to assign the business hours to agents and not to queues?

Yes, go into the Agent’s profile and set their specific business hours, and then set the group to the widest coverage of the group or whatever your SLA is.
