Is there a way to allow agents to re-activate Requesters? Global Admins can do it, but I would like my agent who is doing employee lifecycle to be able to re-activate. I provided Requester ‘edit’ access but he still gets an error.

Could you please provide the following roles and check if the issue persists:

They should be provided Deactivate/Delete Requester permission as well I believe in order to reactivate the users. Feel free to reach out to support@freshservice.com in case of queries!

Unfortunately, that does not work - same error message and it does not re-activate the requester:
